Many software tools that architects use to track punch lists and project closeout tasks, while robust, can also be cumbersome, non-user-friendly and quite costly. By taking advantage of the collaborative environment of Bluebeam Revu on handheld devices, RBB has developed a system that is streamlined and easily utilized in the field, while achieving all the actual workflow results we need to perform an A/E punch list. We have taken an out-of-the-box Revu capability and created an enhanced tool that saves time and money for us, and for our clients and contractors.

In this session you will learn about:

  • How to create customized markup tools for standard punchlist comments, using fields loaded through Bluebeam Revu
  • How to save floor plans, elevations and reflected ceiling plans for punchlist notation
  • How to use handheld device in the field for punchlists, how to annotate with standard or customized punchlist comments, and capture photos of items
  • How to prepare punchlist reports for issuance to your contractor, and how the contractor may use the system to assign and respond to punchlist items

  • Speaker(s)
