How can I get everyone working from the latest drawing set? How can I facilitate communication between different engineering disciplines working in different offices? And how can I effectively monitor redlines? We will answer these questions, focusing on a workflow developed by Brown and Caldwell for the SF PUC Biosolids and Dewatering Facilities Project to manage a 4,000-sheet drawing set, with a staff of 400 spread across 50 cities nationwide working for 20 different organizations. The process leverages Studio as the single source of truth for the current drawing set, allowing all players to stay seamlessly up to date.

In this session, learn how to:

  • The benefits of using Studio to manage a stickset
  • Workflows for an engineering team, CADD team and Sickset admin
  • How to set up and administer a Studio Session
  • Common pitfalls and things to look out for
