Description

Bluebeam Studio has been instrumental in streamlining the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s (CDCR) design review process by providing an efficient platform to store plans, review documents live, and gain data from stakeholders in a sole location. The Program Management team has maximized Revu and Studio by customizing its PDF markup and collaboration technology. The software has been instrumental in documentation of the plans and specifications with structured design reviews. Seamless interaction with technical, custody, stakeholder and end-user staff eliminates the duplication of comments with real-time reviews, providing resolution and decision documentation.

In this session, learn more about:

  • How to develop key components needed to implement a design review for a large-scale program through a strong management team
  • How lessons learned can be used to continuously improve and streamline the design review process through a simplified approach.
  • How to establish key communication and teamwork across multiple entities, allowing relationships to develop
  • How to create a historic snapshot and best practices for generating reports and records of design review comments
