Description

Looking to incorporate technology into field projects to keep up with the fast pace, Black & Veatch created a construction dashboard using Bluebeam Studio. This dashboard was implemented on a project at Nearman Creek Power Station located in north Kansas City, creating an online network for the team members to interact, share and access information quickly. It housed 16 contracts, over 1,500 drawings, the project model and schedule, as well as other resources. Analyzing the Nearman Creek Dashboard, we will detail the process of creating an effective dashboard and using it to its fullest potential.

In this session, learn more about:

  • How to create a digital construction dashboard in Bluebeam Studio
  • How to manage a digital drawing set using hyperlinking and PDF creation
  • Advantages of technology in the field
  • How to ensure the dashboard is successful and used to its full potential
